Blog

By Jess Pearson, Feb 21 2017 07:04PM

Yes, I have been pretty dire with the up keep of my blogs. I have now turned over a new leaf in 2017 and will be much more proactive on this - I promise!

As you will see I have finally updated my website and added a couple of new menu links. I have been painting portraits for many years now and want to offer this service to my lovely followers. If this is something that takes your fancy please drop me a line and I can explain the process and give you a quote.

Also added is the graphic design link. I am now a fully fledged freelancer and am always on the lookout for that fabulous brief! If you are getting married and need all of the gorgeous things designed for your special day, I would love to help. Or if you are trying to sell that tractor - you need the perfect advert for the local paper, any graphical needs, I'm your girl!

I hope 2017 has started with lots of cake, laughs and giggles.

Speak soon...(I will...really)

Hello again, a world record, two blog posts in one week! Yes I am opening my studio to all you lovely people. Come and say hi, have a drink, maybe a cake (if I get round to making them!) and browse my work which I will have dotted around my studio. Sunday 6th 12-3pm then again the following weekend Saturday 12th 11-4pm and Sunday 12-3pm. Looking forward to meeting you :)

Hello people! Yes, once again I have failed miserably in keeping the blogging lark up. But i have news! I am taking part in the Devon Open Studios in September. You will be able to have a snoop round my new studio and buy some of my limited edition prints straight from the horses mouth...so to speak!

I will post again nearer the time (promise!) but in the meantime here are the Pineapples all in a row drying!

What a fabulous weekend. I met some great people and the 'Lick' print proved very popular! Tried some delicious food and drink. Even though I took a while to thaw out after two days standing in the freezing cold I had a lovely time meeting you all and hope that the prints bought will bring many smiles!

My next task is to photograph my new prints and get them onto my website and Etsy shop...

Hope you are all having a great week, the sun is back :)

Hi all, yes, yes, I know. I didn't keep my promise of updating my blog! A lot of things have changed in the world of Jess and now I am back and raring to go...

As most of you know I have relocated from London to the lovely county of Devon and am settling into the country way off life nicely. I have been very influenced by the surrounding areas and the sea air has definitely changed my outlook on my work.

Leading up to Christmas I did a few linocut prints and absolutely loved doing them. So I have decided this year I am going to focus on this and create a collection of limited edition prints that are both hand painted and printed for all you lovely people to go crazy about!

I'm taking part in the Budleigh Food & Drink Festival next month where I will be selling exclusive work for the festival and some new prints that I am very proud of and cannot wait for you to see!
